As a professional Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. I Make Fitness Fun

MOVE! Stands for Motivation Optimism Vitality and Energy. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.
My name is Mike. In 2015 my wife and I decided that we needed to make a lifestyle change. That meant losing a lot of weight. I began my weight loss journey and have currently lost 215 lbs. My wife has lost about 116 as well! Along my journey I rediscovered my love of fitness and decided to become a personal trainer so that I may help others achieve their goals as well! I look forward to working with you and together we can accomplish your goals.

Private Training

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether you’re training to lose weight or just want to trim and tone, my program will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.


My sessions are about an hour long. I offer one on one private sessions at my country studio. Below are pricing options:


●  In my studio $15 per session ●Training at least twice per week is recommended

●Assessments are done before training can begin. It is important that you realize you may need to have a medical release before exercise instruction can begin in some cases. Assessments are $10. ●There are a limited number of hours available and availability of your desired time is based on a first come first serve basis.

●Any sessions must be prepaid prior to the week of training.


In the event of cancellation of a session no refund will be available however I will work with you on a make up date. If you do not make the session up in the current week you forfeit your money for that session.


In the event of inclement weather training day may be canceled and the cancellation policy will come into effect. I do not hold snow days against you.


There will be days when I am not available and notice will be given.


Normal hours are available between 7am and 7pm(8pm closing) m-f (spring/summer/fall daylight saving time)
